Think we’re a good fit? I’ll send over my Design Fee to get started, and then I’ll begin crafting your custom itinerary. I’ll collaborate with you to ensure every part of your itinerary fits your vision, from accommodations to activities.

Prepare
Next, I’ll book all your travel—keeping you on track of deposit payments along the way. As your date of departure approaches, we’ll meet one last time over Zoom (or over coffee if you’re local to the D.C. area) so I can brief you fully on your upcoming travels.

Discover
Get ready to say bon voyage! All your travel documents and full itinerary will be available via mobile app; just enjoy the ride as your journey unfolds. As you travel, I’m available if you need any assistance—you’ll receive my personal number before you depart.

Why do you charge a fee for your services?
I want to offer my clients a true concierge experience, where every aspect of their vacation is custom-crafted to fit them. My Design Fee allows me to do so; I’m able to take on only a select number of clients and give them my full, undivided attention—ensuring every single detail is triple checked and every itinerary component hand-picked.
My Design Fee differs based on your trip complexity; I’ll share your fee with you after our complimentary Discovery Call together.

For one, part of my service is ensuring you are checking into the right hotel or resort for you! So if your head is spinning from starting to research the thousands of options, I’ll immediately eliminate that overwhelm.
