From there to Kenya, where the evening belongs to you: a sundowner on the open savanna, your table set, a drink in hand, the plains stretching out as the sky burns gold. The Maasai. The Big Five. Where We Have Been

In 2024, I led twenty travelers on an 11-day journey across Turkey, from Izmir and the ruins of Ephesus to the beaches of Bodrum, the rising balloons of Cappadocia, and a final toast in Istanbul. It remains one of my favorite journeys I have ever planned, and a good preview of what traveling together looks like.
